Repairs
Are you in the USA? Yes! I will fix your babies if they break, to the best of my ability. I can’t solder (yet), but I have spare parts for days. You can either hit me up for spare parts if you’re handy, or mail it back and I’ll fix it for $5. I can swap out clasps or add length on chains and so on, contact me, we’ll work it out.
Are you in Canada? It’s not worth mailing twice, probably, but contact me and I will walk you through a fix! Or I can send out spare parts with your next order, there’s just no sense in spending $10+ each way mailing stuff for me to do it. 🙂
If something falls apart because I made it badly I want to know! Tell meeeeee I don’t want that to happen I will repair or replace if I can and R&D the heck out of the issue as well. Thank you!
Known Issues
I had one person have their cabochon pop right off the setting in the Texas freezes where temps dropped 50 degrees overnight. We were able to glue it right back on, but that implies you don’t want to expose these metal settings to extreme (rapid) temperature swings, or the contraction can go too fast for the glue to keep pace. It’s an easy fix though.
Probably don’t immerse my cabochon pieces. They are made of fabric. Sealed with glue, yes, but why tempt fate?

Use this form to pop me a note about repairs. Some breaks are beyond repair, but a lot aren’t and I’m happy to add a handle or a new blade to Washington’s axe. 😀
