Please No Resellers

This site is meant to be a direct service for fans. I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone at any time for any reason. Your sole recourse will be a full refund. By shopping here you agree that you are not buying to resell, and violating this policy will result in me being very cross with you. Gifting or buying for an OUSA friend is ofc welcome, as is selling something that no longer fits fan to fan – I am simply asking you not to profit on my labor. <3

Shipping

This store ships inside the United States only. If you are OUSA please contact me to see if I can cross-list something for you on Etsy. I can’t send things as a gift because this is a side business of my main side business (fandom jewelry) and all of moonlighting is a tax paying BIDMESS. 😀

I mostly ship USPS first class or priority if your package weighs more than the first class limit. I can use something faster (UPS, probably) if you need a rush contact me and I’ll see what I can do. I have to drive a lot further to mail a rush so there will be a gas surcharge.

Returns

I want you to be happy. I’ll work with you in good faith to adjust something that isn’t how you hoped, but I am only one person, with limited availability and resources, so I don’t have the kind of corporate backing that can swallow the cost of shipping and bad faith returns. So my policies on that are as follows:

Jewelry: I generally do not accept returns on jewelry. Please measure yourself very carefully to get the sizing right, check my Sizing page for instructions. If you turn out to hate a clasp or something along those lines I will work with you to alter the piece to something you can love.

Shirts: FULL SHIRT RETURN POLICY HERE. I get that it’s a risk to buy a shirt and find out it doesn’t fit. I hate that too. That said, I am only going to wash and iron a shirt once, so I only accept returns if I made a mistake in the listing by missing a flaw or getting a measurement wrong. Please MEASURE YOURSELF and ask if you have any additional questions about measurements.
